All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, email us using the contact us area on our stores contact us page.please provide your invoice number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, Custom sized Rings,customized or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged on returns unless the item was send in error by us.
